The following documents will be required to verify Property Tax certificate eligibility:
1. A copy of your DD-214, NA 13038, NOAA form 56-16, or PHS form 1867
* DD214 must be full form, unredacted, and include character of service
* Visit www.archives.gov to request discharge paperwork if needed.

2. If applicable, VA Federal Award letter verifying service-connected disability rating
* If you do not have a copy of your current VA Award letter, a free copy can be obtained by
establishing an account at www.va.gov or by calling 1-800-827-1000.

3. Proof of New Mexico Residency – Includes one of the following documents:
Valid NM Driver’s license / Current voters registration card / Most recent NM income tax return
