All persons entering the New Mexico State Fair from September 9-19, 2021 who are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine must provide proof of being fully vaccinated to the State Fair unless an individual qualifies for an exemption.
- For an exemption due a medical condition, you must provide the State Fair with a note from a physician, nurse practitioner, or other medical professional licensed to practice in New Mexico and proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken with 48 hours presented at the gate.
- For an exemption for a disability, you must provide the State Fair with accommodation documentation from a physician, nurse practitioner, or other medical professional licensed to practice in New Mexico and proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken with 48 hours presented at the gate.
For the religious exemption, you must provide a written statement of why the COVID-19 vaccine conflicts with your religious beliefs and proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken with 48 hours presented at the gate
