Annual Memorial Day Candlelight Ceremony, Las Cruces

The Annual Memorial Day Candlelight Ceremony in Las Cruces is scheduled for 8:00 PM at Veterans Memorial Park, 1251 N. Roadrunner Parkway. This solemn event honors 204 fallen service members from Doña Ana County, with each name read aloud and a candle lit in their memory. The ceremony is organized by the Las Cruces Military Order of the Purple Heart #2004 in collaboration with Mesilla Valley Hospice as part of its Vet to Vet program, which supports veterans nearing the end of life.
