NMDVS is Now Open!
Agency offices have re-opened and are now serving the public on an appointment only basis.
Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm beginning Monday, July 12.
For this re-opening phase, veterans or their eligible dependents need to make an appointment prior to their visit. A list of our Veteran Service Officers’ phone numbers and email addresses can be found here. Veterans can also call (505) 383-2400. For assistance with state benefits, please call 1-866-433-8387 or 1 (866) 433-8387. For assistance with cemetery or memorial questions, please call (505) 827-6304 or (505) 231-8911. You may also email any veteran-related inquiry or concern to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All unvaccinated veterans or their family members who visit a DVS office or facility must wear a protective facemask.
Please do not come to your appointment if any of the following are true:
(1) you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days; or
